Yes. I am currently offering telehealth visits and in-person appointments in the greater St. Louis area.
I no longer accept insurance, but I am contracted with Lyra, an organization that your work may offer EAP benefits through. For private pay, I accept self pay via credit card or HSA/FSA (cash or check also ok for in-person services).
I no longer accept insurance for a number of reasons. Primarly, I prefer not to have to provide a diagnosis for treatment, as this is not always appriorite or necessary. Although your mental health and your physical health are equally important, a therapy session is not always like going to the doctor. I believe my services are enhanced working from a private pay model. I am happy to discuss options if you feel I am a good fit but cost of services are a barrier.
Yes. Please try to cancel 24 hours prior. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged a $30 fee. No-show appointments (or appointment canceled 30 minutes before appointment or after appointment time) will be billed the full amount.
Yes. My practice is generally eclectic - meaning I incorporate many therapeutic techniques. However, I draw from scientifically supported treatment.

No, I do not provide assessments or treatment that can be used to file for disability status in my private practice. Diagnostic evaluations are for clients looking for clarity regarding their mental health status and severity of their current symptoms. I cannot provide documentation to take time off work or allow for any other accommodations, but I am happy to discuss how to find these resources.
