I also provide consulting services, training, or workshops in a variety of settings. This can include: workplace climate consultation for businesses, trainings on health psychology topics, and employee wellness workshops.
Talking to a therapist is difficult, but through discomfort, we grow. I look beyond your symptoms and take a mind/body approach to therapy. I consider how your environment and relationships impact your health. I serve as a guide - both supporting and pushing you to a more fulfilled life.
